Traffic Woes: How to nab the culprits

1. Integrate all the city Petrol Pumps with your defaulters database.
2. Put an user interface on the petrol vending machines
3. The operator would enter the vehicle number before vending fuel to the customer.
4. If the vehicle has been booked for a default earlier in your database, its record would be matched and the fine would automatically be charged with the cost of fuel. The receipt of fuel and the fine comes out from the vending machine directly (this would help track the sales tax aspect as well)
5. The monthly collection of the fines would be handed over to the Traffic Police.
6. If the same vehicle is found defaulting for lets say 3 times a month, it is blacklisted in the database and no petrol pump would deliver fuel to that vehicle and his license stands cancelled.
7. The vehicle owner goes to the Traffic Police to renew his license before he could get the fuel in any petrol pump.
